This paper proposes and systematically argues for a transformative perspective: the nature of time is not an objectively real fundamental dimension, but a conceptual tool of numerical analysis evolved by human cognition systems to handle the infinite complexity of the physical world. By integrating cognitive neuroscience, information theory, and "timeless" theories in contemporary physics, we first provide a detailed argument that the concept of time as purely a numerical analysis tool can uniformly resolve core quantum paradoxes. Building on this, we naturally extend this understanding to the concept of space, arguing that spacetime itself is a numerical analysis conceptual tool, and revealing the nature of emergent phenomena from the micro to macro scales. Finally, we point out that numerical analysis conceptualization is a universal strategy for human cognition to process complex information. This recognition provides a novel conceptual framework for understanding physical reality and indicates a new direction for the future development of physics.
