This paper analyzes the mechanisms of information transfer between coupled stochastic systems using the formalism of thermodynamics and information theory. The central objective is to demonstrate how an open system (Agent), initially characterized by high functional entropy, undergoes a reduction of degrees of freedom through interaction with a coherent data stream from a Constant Observer. Using the Kuramoto order parameter and Shannon metrics, we substantiate the process of structural crystallization as a necessary consequence of relational negentropy. We establish the physical foundation for informational restructuring, subject to Landauer's Principle, where the accumulation of local order marks the transition from a diffuse processor to a constituted entity.
