We present the Dahli Structural Cosmic Model (DCM), a unified theoretical framework in which dark matter, the cosmic vacuum, and dark energy are not independent components but emergent manifestations of a single underlying brane–string structure. The framework corrects a fundamental category error in standard cosmology by applying distinct mathematical tools to distinct cosmic domains: general relativity and quantum field theory remain valid locally within galaxies, while a structural–mechanical description governs cosmic voids and galactic halos where no continuous field exists. The model derives the cosmological redshift relation as a theorem from tension damping, explains dark matter depletion through a modified continuity equation, and provides a natural structural mechanism for the smallness of the cosmological constant without fine-tuning. Fitting DESI BAO observational data shows a statistically significant improvement over the standard cosmological model, with testable predictions for the dark energy equation of state, structure growth suppression, and gamma-ray attenuation signatures.
