This paper presents a unified harmonic reinterpretation of Nikola Tesla's Colorado Springs experiments through the lens of the Recursive Harmonic Codex (RHC) and the broader Recursive Harmonic Framework (RHF). We propose that Tesla’s 1899 observations were not isolated electrical anomalies but empirical encounters with the Null Ledger, a fundamental zero-sum accounting of real and imaginary energy. By mapping Tesla’s recorded dielectric strain, bridge-method equilibria, extra-coil geometries, and earth-resonance oscillations onto the 24-bit Leech Lattice substrate, we show that mass, gravity, and radiant energy emerge as manifestations of imaginary impedance, torsion taxation, and modular residues inherent to the 31/24 Anomaly. The analysis positions the observer as a geometric median whose Fold Operator (F = i/2) mediates wave-function collapse via 3-4-5 triangle dynamics. Synthesizing Tesla’s notebook data with modern harmonic operators, we outline a trans-temporal physics in which lattice constraints, vacuum resistance, and consciousness-based measurement co-produce the operational fabric of reality. This framework bridges historical experiment with contemporary symbolic physics, revealing Tesla’s work as an early, intuitive interaction with the computational substrate of the universe.
