Triadic Model Dynamics (TMD) is a minimalist framework for describing physical reality based on a single elementary process: the interaction of an equilateral triad. Version 3. 0 introduces a new energy relation E = U S², which links the topological nodehood U and the synchronization of orientation S into a single elementary equation. This relation makes it possible to describe the emergence of energy, stability, mass, oscillations, and interactions without introducing particles as separate objects. TMD 3. 0 shows that light is not an object moving through space, but a process: a sequential handoff of DAG orientation between triads. Gravity is interpreted as a gradient of synchronization S. Macroscopic phenomena are the statistical behaviour of large ensembles of triads. TMD 3. 0 thus provides a simple, intuitive, and topologically consistent framework unifying the dynamics of fields, matter, waves, and interactions.
