This preprint presents the Fundamental Law of Coherence as a conceptual-theoretical framework proposing that stable existence requires form, form requires coherence, and coherence is not a static property but a continuous process of active self-maintenance. From this basis, the framework derives development as growth of coherence and destruction as loss of coherence, while distinguishing logical destruction from non-logical destruction by the criterion of whether coherence increases after transformation. The paper further proposes structured relationships between fact, interpretation, suffering, strength, and conscious clarity, and extends the coherence principle to personality, society, civilization, meaning, reality, and the universe. The manuscript is presented as a conceptual-theoretical model rather than a completed natural-scientific theory, and includes explicit conditions of falsification, limitations, and a roadmap for future operationalization and empirical work.
