The SDL programme itself is treated as a constrained generative system. Four coordinates classify the space of verified domains: two static dimensions (Temporality and Discreteness of the limit L) and two dynamic dimensions (smooth and ω, the Péclet coordinates of the Ω-atlas). Decomposition is (2)+(1+1). All twelve verified domains are classified by static coordinates: four physical domains occupy Pre-dato × Continuo, eight occupy Pre-dato × Discreto. Four falsifiable predictions derived from static coordinates alone, tested on the periodic table via transducer mapping onto the Ω-atlas: topological compactness, ω quantised at four values, SAT accessible, three regimes consistent with the C7 bound. Candidate structural law: Discreteness of L determines manifold dimensionality. Two cells remain unpopulated (Emergente × Continuo, Emergente × Discreto), their verification is identified as the closure condition.
