This study examines the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through green economy policies in Uzbekistan. Rather than relying on a single methodological approach, the research combines document analysis, comparative indicator tracking, and gap analysis using open international data. The analysis focuses on two areas where measurable indicators are most available: energy transition and green finance. Findings reveal that progress is real but uneven—renewable energy transition is expanding, and green finance conditions are improving, yet fossil fuel dependence and institutional coordination gaps continue to slow implementation of the green economy framework in Uzbekistan. The study offers practical recommendations for strengthening policy coherence and green finance mechanisms to achieve more consistent Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outcomes.
