This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P26 derives thermodynamics as an emergent effective theory arising from informational constraints and coarse-graining of the underlying discrete informational dynamics. The analysis shows how thermodynamic quantities and laws naturally appear as macroscopic descriptions of informational organization and stability, rather than as fundamental principles. The paper clarifies the informational origin of entropy, irreversibility, and thermodynamic behavior, linking them directly to coherence loss, scale separation, and effective time asymmetry established in earlier papers. This result provides a unified informational foundation for thermodynamic phenomena within the framework. While this paper can be read independently, its full role is understood only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
