This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P28 extends the analysis of long-range effective responses by presenting a unified description of long-range interactions arising from informational constraints. The paper shows how different effective interaction channels can be understood as manifestations of a common underlying informational mechanism, governed by coherence and stability conditions. The work provides a unifying perspective on the emergence of long-range interactions, clarifying how apparently distinct forces arise from shared informational principles within the discrete substrate. This result consolidates the framework’s treatment of extended-range behavior and prepares the ground for large-scale and cosmological applications developed in later papers. While this paper can be read independently, its full role is understood only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
