The quality of human resources in an educational institution is very important, this is related to the performance of good educators. The focus of this research is on the implementation of the principal's strategy on educator performance. Researchers used descriptive methods and used a qualitative approach to obtain a factual description of the status of some existing phenomena. Data collection techniques of interviews, observations, and documentation from principals, as well as educators that have been collected, data processing techniques apply three streams namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. so the hope is that with the principal's strategies through efforts, plans, or school programs all educators are more motivated to work, seen by their performance that will be better, so that it has a positive impact on achievement, and student character.
