**Title: ** Entropy-Referenced Decoherence: A Natural Mechanism for Quantum Measurement **Description: ** The quantum measurement problem remains unresolved: why does observation cause wavefunction collapse? We propose that decoherence is not environmental but fundamental—governed by entropy production through a single coupling constant γMRC. We introduce the master equation: dρ/dt = − (i/ℏ) H₀, ρ + Γ (t) (Aρ A† − ½A†A, ρ) where Γ (t) = γMRC · C (t), coupling the dephasing rate to a coherence field. This framework makes three testable predictions: 1. Rare decay suppression (Σ⁺ → pμ⁺μ⁻) matching LHCb data2. Electroweak dipole shifts (Δκ_γ ~ 10⁻⁴) at HL-LHC3. Propagator modifications in high-pT processes All three follow from γMRC C₀ ≈ 10⁻⁴. The framework eliminates ad hoc assumptions, provides a natural arrow of time, and connects quantum mechanics to cosmology.
