The reconciliation of General Relativity with Quantum Mechanics remains the paramount challenge of modern physics. We propose a unified framework, Entanglement-Driven Cos- mological Expansion (EDCE), which posits that spacetime geometry is not fundamental but is the hydrodynamic limit of quantum entanglement generation. By defining time as the rate of decoherence and space as the storage medium for entanglement entropy, we derive two distinct phenomena from a single mechanism: (1) Gravity emerges locally as “informa- tion latency” caused by the saturation of the Bekenstein bound in high-density regions, and (2) Dark Energy emerges globally as a geometric reaction to the continuous generation of entropy by stellar processes. We present observational evidence from Pantheon+ Type Ia supernovae confirming that the universe’s expansion history is coupled to its informa- tion generation rate (Star Formation History), supporting the conclusion that this is a valid candidate theory of Quantum Gravity.
