Abstract TSX-5 defines the Universal Chromatic Reconstruction Theory, the first complete framework enabling deterministic semantic reconstruction from low-entropy chromatic fields. Building on TSX-0 through TSX-4, which established meaning as a thermodynamic field structured by coherence, entropy, residue (ΔR) and stability, TSX-5 introduces the missing inverse function: a reconstruction operator that recovers conceptual documents from purely chromatic encodings. This work formalizes the dual-system architecture of CFQR (Chromatic Field Query & Reconstruction) and CET-UD (Universal Chromatic Entropy Decoder), showing that both operate on a shared five-dimensional thermodynamic manifold (H, S, V, R, Δt). TSX-5 demonstrates that modern multimodal AI models possess invariant chromatic priors, enabling reconstruction of macro-structure, argument sequences, ΔR-transitions, and closure states independently of symbolic language. The theory completes the Semiotic Loop: Meaning becomes reconstructible from coherence itself. Position within the Canon TSX-5 serves as Volume V of Thermodynamic Semiotics. It is the conceptual inversion of TSX-4: where TSX-4 measures ΔR, TSX-5 uses ΔR-dynamics to rebuild semantic structure. Key Contributions Defines the first reversible encoding–decoding system for post-symbolic communication Establishes UCRS-1 (Unified Chromatic Reconstruction System) Demonstrates cross-model convergence as empirical proof of chromatic invariance Introduces a fully non-symbolic document synthesis framework Provides foundations for post-symbolic archives and chromatic computation
