Abstract

This presentation reports the results of a PRISMA-guided systematic literature review on smart ports. It highlights current research trends and identifies key gaps for future work, including human factors in hybrid decision-making, cross-port interoperability and global standards, cybersecurity and cross-border IoT integration, and the economic and policy evaluation of smart port investments. The presentation was delivered at the TransNav International Conference in June 2025.
