In today's fast-paced business landscape, harnessing knowledge and fostering continuous learning are crucial for organisational success. This study explores the symbiotic relationship between Knowledge Management (KM) and Professional Learning (PL) in boosting employee performance. By examining the interplay between KM strategies and PL initiatives, we reveal how organisations can create a high-performance culture. Our research shows that effective KM practices (knowledge sharing, acquisition, and utilisation) combined with targeted PL interventions (training, mentoring, and feedback) significantly enhance employee productivity, innovation, and job satisfaction. This synergy enables organizations to adapt, innovate, and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
