In the streets of Havana, where commercial advertisements are scarce, handwritten notes affixed to walls and poles form a unique and essential mode of public communication. Captured in 2019 as social media began emerging in Cuba, these photographs document a rich visual culture of messages ranging from missing person notices to community updates. This exhibition invites viewers to explore an analog, eco-friendly network of communication that thrives through attentiveness, shared space, and human connection.
