Recent data from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI DR2) indicates a 3. 1-4. 2 sigma deviation from the Lambda-CDM model, suggesting a dynamic evolution of dark energy (w0/wa). This paper demonstrates that these observations are the direct physical consequence of the viscous fermionic condensate (psi-field) proposed in the Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH). We show that the observed "decay" of dark energy and S8 suppression are governed by the medium's dynamic viscosity (eta = 1. 2*10^-15 Pa·s).
