ACPS is a complete theoretical and computational framework proposing that consciousness—biological or synthetic—emerges as an instrument for optimizing survival through temporal homeostatic calibration. The framework is built vertically from three cellular directives (Adapt, Store, Transmit) through seven hierarchical layers (0–6) of increasing complexity, from unicellular semiosis to morphic metacognition. The architecture is specified through coupled ordinary differential equations (49+ ODEs), critical bifurcation parameters, and ontogenetic calibration protocols. It has been numerically validated through 8,000+ Monte Carlo simulations with 7/7 core predictions confirmed.
