Version 3.0 introduces The Ground, the Boundary, and the Fold mechanism as the foundational architecture — and proposes that the speed of light is a geometric property of the Boundary rather than an arbitrary constant. Version 2.0 adds Theses 14–16 (fold geometry and particle properties, black holes in the Antifield, fold ruptures as gamma-ray bursts), a terminology section, and an expanded author's note. This paper presents a conceptual framework in which spacetime emerges from the actualisation of probability waves. Actualisation — the irreversible transition from possibility to reality — is proposed as the fundamental mechanism from which space, time, mass, gravitational curvature, and the four fundamental forces arise. The framework proposes that particles are folds of spacetime and forces are aspects of their folding geometry — a structural parallel to the protein folding problem. It further proposes that matter and antimatter represent folds in opposite dimensional directions, resolving both the matter-antimatter asymmetry problem and offering a candidate mechanism for dark matter through a single principle. The framework converges independently with Jacobson (1995), the ER=EPR correspondence, the Page-Wootters formalism, and loop quantum gravity. It produces two testable predictions: (1) CMB fluctuations should deviate from a pure Gaussian distribution consistent with wave-actualisation statistics; (2) the spatial distribution of dark matter halos should mirror that of ordinary matter. A Mathematical Appendix identifying seven convergence points with established formalism is included as a companion document. This paper is explicitly conceptual and non-mathematical, authored by an independent thinker without formal physics training. Its purpose is to articulate a unifying principle and open a research programme.
