This technical specification formalizes the transition from continuous metric-based heuristics (the Ptolemaic paradigm of LLMs) to a discrete relational topology (the C0 Contrast Calculus). In light of the efficiency collapse observed in current AI architectures on Interactive Reasoning Benchmarks (e. g. , ARC-AGI-3), we present the Relational Kernel as a deterministic solution.
