This document introduces a structural interpretation of observable reality based on the Crowd-Based Dynamics (CBD) framework and its articulation with the Unified Cosmology–Quantum (UCQ) model. It challenges the classical opposition between objective realism and subjective constructivism by proposing that reality emerges as a stabilized output of collective psychodynamic processes. The framework formalizes the role of the observer as an embedded operator within complex systems, contributing not to the creation of reality but to its selection, amplification, and synchronization. Observable configurations arise from the interaction between mimetic memory, informational structures, emotional activation, and temporal constraints, as expressed in the extended CBD relation. The work also establishes a mesoscopic bridge between collective dynamics and fundamental physical structures through the UCQ framework, where realizability is treated as a projection from a deeper configuration space. By integrating cognitive, social, and physical dimensions, this document provides a unified analytical basis for studying how structures become observable, persistent, and collectively stabilized across domains such as social systems, markets, and epistemological models.
