This synthesis paper states the flagship results of the NEMS program plainly across all thematic domains, identifies the supporting theorem names and Lean artifacts, and shows how the arcs fit together. It is designed to follow planned Paper 78 (Second-Law Grounding), Paper 79 (Foundational Admissibility), and Paper 80 (Classification Cascade), which establish the summit results; this survey maps the full terrain. This paper is a synthesis layer indexing the flagship results already established in the constituent formal arcs. The results are organized into eight thematic arcs: (I) Logic and Mathematics—unification of Gödel, Kleene, and Löb; no final internal self-theory; complete logic of stratified certification; no-free-bits calculus; (II) Cosmology and Spacetime—physical incompleteness, semantic floor, foundational finality, closure arrow of time, second-law grounding (planned Paper 78), grand unification, foundational admissibility (Paper 79), classification cascade (Paper 80), quotient-section realizability, semantic terminality, quantum gravity under closure, chronology, black hole information, holography; (III) Gauge Theory and the Standard Model—PSC derivation of (3) (2) (1) with three generations, unified rigidity, and existential rigidity; (IV) Quantum Mechanics and Probability—Born rule as forced fixed point, PSC⟺Born equivalence, GPT probability as closure-forced, and no spooky-to-signal compiler; (V) Computation and Realizability—quotient-section realizability, transputation forcing, execution necessity, oracles as external selectors, determinism no-go, fractal closure; (VI) Epistemology and Agency—necessary adjudicators, self-certification barriers, institutional epistemics, and irreducible agency; (VII) Ontology and Consciousness—reality as recursive intelligence, the Alpha theorem, three-aspect unification, and ghost collapse; (VIII) Applied Boundary Theory—viable continuation, SIAM (sentience program), and formal phenomenology with uniqueness. The Foundational Admissibility Theorem (Paper 79) establishes the first selection step linking closure compatibility and foundational viability: closure compatibility is necessary and sufficient for foundational viability. Paper 80 formalizes the classification cascade. Together with the Grand Unification and the planned Second-Law Grounding paper (Paper 78), these close the loop: closure emerges as the central organizing principle of the program. This ov. . .
