This paper investigates the distinction between consciousness and thought, arguing that most human systems—such as economy, religion, and institutional structures—are constructed realities sustained by collective belief. It introduces the concept of the present moment as “zero,” defined as a state of no psychological accumulation and no division. In contrast to socially conditioned forms of connection, the paper proposes acceptance as the only genuine form of connection, where life is perceived as an undivided process. The study concludes that truth cannot be fully expressed through language or thought but must be directly perceived.
