Abstract Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) has a wide spectrum of presentation. Most cases affect lymph nodes (nodal), while extranodal involvement is rare. Whereas the gastrointestinal tract is enriched with lymphoid tissues, the ampulla of Vater is not rich in lymphoid tissue. Involvement of the ampulla of Vater with HL has rarely been reported in adults and has never been reported in children. Its presentation mimics other causes of obstructive jaundice, and immunodeficiency increases the risk of lymphoma. There have been reports of cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas and one case of HL following the use of dupilumab, a biological agent that has been used to treat atopic dermatitis. Here, we report a case of HL of the ampulla of Vater in a patient with hyper‐IgE syndrome type 2 and severe atopic dermatitis.
