This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to Legendre's Conjecture, which states that for every positive integer n, there exists at least one prime between n² and (n+1) ². This is one of Landau's four problems from the 1912 International Congress of Mathematicians. The analysis examines prime distribution between consecutive perfect squares through Universal Prime resonance. Paper 41 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
