A 71-year-old woman was referred for dermatological evaluation during investigation of chronic left-sided epiphora. During examination, a skin lesion on the left upper cheek was identified. There was no associated pain or bleeding, and no history of immunosuppression. Examination revealed an ill-defined, skin-coloured plaque measuring 6mm by 4mm with a scar-like appearance centrally and a brown edge.
