We extend the 4D Quantum Viscoelastic Lattice (QVL) framework from a micropolar Cosserat model to a fully micromorphic continuum. By imposing a local isochoric constraint and selecting the temporal gauge, the micro-kinematic tensor is reduced to 8 trace-free spatial components. To ensure vacuum stability and a positive-definite elastic energy, the local symmetry is restricted to the compact real form su(3). We demonstrate that the associated micro-distortion connection transforms anonically and maps directly onto the non-Abelian Yang-Mills action for gluon fields, deriving the strong coupling gs from the dimensionless vacuum shear rigidity αs. Finally, we propose a mechanical heuristic for color confinement, where the phenomenological QCD flux tube is modeled as an assumed macroscopic zone of pure isochoric shear strain, yielding the linear potential V (r) = σr.
