Plans to Search for a Low-lying Nuclear State of 229Pa Using Two Complementary Techniques at FRIB

This talk was delivered by me (Aiden Boyer) at the Second fundamental symmetries in nuclei, atoms, and molecules workshop at CERN on 2026-02-16. This talk highlighted our plans to search for a low-lying nuclear state directly using two different techniques, both of which will be based at the Faciltiy for Rare Isotope Beams. This talk was 20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions.
