Abstract

摘要：经皮冠状动脉介入术（percutaneous coronary intervention，PCI）是治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）常规且有效的手段，但PCI术后仍然存在再发心绞痛的情况。倪代梅教授从“痰”“瘀”理论出发，认为“痰浊内生，瘀血停滞，痰瘀互结，阻滞心脉”是PCI术后再发心绞痛的基本病机之一，并在瓜蒌薤白半夏汤的基础上加减化裁出具有“化瘀祛痰、活血通络”之效的栝蒌通痹汤，在临床运用中取得了良好的疗效。
