Current theoretical physics still faces core dilemmas, including the underlying incompatibility between General Relativity and quantum mechanics, the cosmological constant fine-tuning catastrophe, the unknown nature of dark matter and dark energy, and matter-antimatter asymmetry. Coherence Dynamics has completed the programmatic reconstruction of a unified phenomenological framework for quantum gravity, with the chaos field as the sole physical ontology and λ-field quantum coherence dynamics as the core. It has thoroughly resolved the four core defects of the original framework: the conflict between the domain definition and quantization, circular reasoning, ad hoc corrections, and dynamic contradictions, and constructed a self-consistent scalar-tensor quantum field theory system. Based on the core framework of Coherence Dynamics, this paper conducts full-dimensional extended research: starting from the background-free topological invariant action of the chaos field, we complete the full mathematical derivation of 4-dimensional flat Minkowski spacetime and the low-energy effective Einstein-Hilbert gravitational action, achieving low-energy compatibility between background-free quantum gravity and General Relativity; based on the two-loop β-function calculation of the functional renormalization group, we strictly prove that 4-dimensional spacetime is the only inevitable result for the self-consistent existence and asymptotic safety of the gravity-λ field coupling system; through the renormalization group trace anomaly cancellation mechanism, we naturally resolve the cosmological constant fine-tuning catastrophe and give the effective dark energy density matching the 2023 observations of the Planck satellite; based on the topological soliton solution of the λ-field and topological conservation law, we explain the origin of matter-antimatter asymmetry and the physical nature of dark matter; we derive fundamental physical constants such as the fine-structure constant and the Higgs boson mass without free parameters, which are in high agreement with experimental measurements. This paper conducts a full-dimensional rigorous iteration of the 12 quantitative predictions from Coherence Dynamics, and adds 8 exclusive predictions with clear 5σ falsification criteria, covering Higgs boson mass correction, CMB polarization anomalies and gamma-ray burst redshift shifts in 6 specific sky regions, LIGO gravitational wave phase noise, laboratory equivalence principle violation, etc., with extremely strong experimental testability. This paper provides a self-consistent, concise, and testable extended scheme for the core dilemmas of quantum gravity and cosmology, and clarifies the applicable boundaries of the theory and the research directions to be improved.
