AbstractContemporary cosmology faces two structural unconformities: the James Webb SpaceTelescope detects fully formed massive galaxies at redshifts exceeding z = 10, where thestandard model predicts only primordial dust; and the Hubble tension — a 5-sigma mismatchin the measured expansion rate — remains structurally unaccounted for within the standardframework. This paper proposes that both are direct structural consequences of a foundationalreorientation: the universe understood as the propagating compensation structure of the firstconstitutive distinction of a Primordial Unit. The demand that physical observables be independent of locally arbitrary conventions —the gauge principle — follows from a single ontological primitive: the balance attractor, thefixed-point operator on division pattern space derived from the non-collapse condition (PaperZero v9.3, Corollary 1; Paper 1 v3.9, Section 3.2). Version 7.0 upgrades the three centralgravitational theorems from conditional to unconditional: (i) the Einstein field equations G+ g =8GT(Theorem 4.7.1 — now a formal derivation via the Minkowski Bridge); (ii) thegravity fixed-point theorem (Theorem 3.1.2 — unconditional); (iii) the Friedmann equationswith Hubble tension prediction H 8.8 km/s/Mpc (Theorem 6.5.1 — unconditional). TheMinkowski Bridge is formally established in the Companion Physics Paper (D´ıaz Mu˜noz,2026f), Theorem 1.Version 7.1 adds Section 2.5: a structural account of quantum mechanics from DFTprimitives. The wavefunction is identified as the sub-threshold cascade ( 0); measurementas threshold crossing ( → 0); the Born rule as the ² scaling of the deviation functional;the uncertainty principle as the quantum noise floor; and entanglement as outer-domainco-structural locking — permanently present in the constitutive dependency ordering ,pre-spatial, pre-sequential, and irremovable by intra-domain operations. Bell’s theorem isidentified as the formal proof that outer-domain co-structural locking cannot be simulatedby intra-domain resources. No new axioms are required. The Maxwell and Yang-Mills equations remain unconditional DFT consequences (Paper 1v3.9, Theorem 7.4.1e). Eight falsifiable structural expectations (E1–E8) are developed. Thejoint DFT signature — primordial non-Gaussianity fNL ∼ 0.1–1 (E7) paired with extremetensor suppression r ∼ 10−28 (E8) — is impossible in standard single-field inflation andconstitutes the decisive empirical boundary.
