Purpose: To evaluate thigh muscle volume differences in patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) with either allograft tissue or bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) autografts, using 3-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) modeling.
