This paper develops an infratier reconstruction of Qualianomics: the study of qualia as functional events within the closure architecture of experience. Earlier Qualianomics identified experience as a holographic coherence interaction between observer and world, while Coherence Qualia Dynamics modeled qualia as coherence-bound eigenstates, observer-modulated through spinorbivector structures and qualia Hamiltonian spectra. The present paper preserves these insights while relocating their source-function within infratier closure physics. Qualia are not treated as merely higher-dimensional experiential contents or undifferentiated products of observer-field resonance. They are defined as coherence-reversal events arising below the 2.70D confinement threshold and stabilizing near the 2.50D quale band. Perceptual invariances at 3.0D descend through torsional selection at 2.85D, undergo confinement interiorization at 2.70D, reverse into felt interiority near 2.50D, and reemerge at 3.0D as qualia-saturated perceptual invariances. The result is a functional ontology of experience in which the stable world is not merely detected, but felt into coherence.
