Abstract: Against the backdrop of the in-depth promotion of the strategy of building a strong cultural nation, the international dissemination capacity of Chinese culture has become a key indicator for measuring a country's cultural soft power. Currently, there are still issues in the practice of international dissemination of Chinese culture, such as an imperfect narrative system, a gap between dissemination methods and audience acceptance habits, and insufficient depth in cross-cultural interpretation, which restrict the effective enhancement of cultural influence. This study focuses on the core issue of "how to systematically enhance the international dissemination capacity of Chinese culture to serve the strategy of building a strong cultural nation," aiming to explore its inherent value and practical path. The research finds that the core value of enhancing the international dissemination capacity of Chinese culture lies in effectively promoting mutual learning among civilizations, enhancing national cultural identity and international discourse power, and serving as a hub for the transformation of the strategy of building a strong cultural nation from concept to practice, by constructing a discourse system that combines subjectivity and universality. Specific practical paths include deepening the cultural connotation and contemporary interpretation of dissemination content, innovatively utilizing digital and targeted dissemination media, and cultivating composite dissemination talents with both cultural heritage and international vision. The significance of this study lies in systematically examining the construction of cultural dissemination capacity at the national strategic level, providing theoretical references and practical ideas for breaking through bottlenecks in current dissemination practices, and having positive practical significance for solidly promoting Chinese culture to the world and consolidating the foundation of a strong cultural nation.
