E-commerce in India has expanded significantly and reached rural areas because of improved internet connectivity and smartphone usage. Rural consumers can now access a wider range of products. The Coimbatore district is a suitable location to analyze rural customer satisfaction with e-commerce because it comprises both urban and rural areas. Although there is increased usage, issues related to product quality, delivery, payment security, and trust persist. The paper analyzes the level of customer satisfaction, the service gaps, and ways to improve the services for the smooth development of e-commerce.
