Business operations in conflict-affected regions often face unique ethical dilemmas due to instability, resource scarcity, and social unrest. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including a structured questionnaire survey of business executives and interviews with local stakeholders. Data were analysed using thematic analysis and statistical software. Findings indicate that approximately 45% of respondents experienced conflicts between ethical obligations and profit maximization, highlighting the complexity of operating in unstable environments. Businesses must prioritise stakeholder engagement and compliance with international norms to navigate ethical challenges effectively. Adopting a multi-stakeholder approach, incorporating community feedback into business strategies, and aligning operations with global ethical standards are recommended for sustainable operations in Mali's conflict regions.
