This study focuses on consumer satisfaction towards digital marketing through websites in Tirupur city. Website have become an important platform for promoting products and services in modern business. The main objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting consumer perception towards website- based digital marketing. The research is based on primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from respondents. The study examines factors such as website design, ease of navigation, product information, visual presentation, payment security, and customer support. The findings show that most consumers use website to search products details and make purchase decision because of convenience and accessibility. user- friendly design, accurate information, attractive visuals, and secure payment option significantly influence satisfaction levels.
