The Persistence Suite proposes an ontology of persistence within known workable physics. Its scope is local and process-level: to identify how lawful dynamics become durable structure in finite causal systems through the ordering constraint → interface → transaction → record → persistence. It does not propose a unification of physics, a replacement for General Relativity or quantum mechanics, or a cosmological account of the early or late universe. The empirical wedge is deliberately narrow. The first hard test is whether disc-galaxy residual structure at fixed baryonic acceleration carries a structural coherence signal beyond acceleration alone. In the current locked exploratory SPARC readout, low-, mid-, and high-κ residual curves separate across shared acceleration bins, and the low-κ branch drifts toward the Newtonian baseline. The suite treats that as the first evidential wedge rather than as full closure of the framework. The framework operates at four levels: mathematical language from standard workable physics, interpretive proposals about finite-region response, empirical tests in the disc regime, and ontological claims about persistence as durable record. Across the suite, the control grammar is boundary coherence (Bc), rate competition (Rc), and saturation/load (S). The suite is conservative in its physics commitments: it introduces no new forces, no new fields, and no modified bulk equations.
