In recent years, environmental sustainability has emerged as a critical global concern, increasing the relevance of green products in everyday consumption. This study examines the impact of green product adoption on sustainable practices in Coimbatore city. It focuses on understanding consumer awareness, preferences, and purchasing behaviour towards eco-friendly products. Primary data was collected from respondents and analyzed using percentage analysis and chi-square tests. The study identifies key factors influencing adoption, such as income, education, and awareness of eco-labels. The findings indicate a positive relationship between the use of green products and sustainable lifestyle practices. Adoption contributes to reduced environmental impact, energy conservation, and improved health awareness. However, challenges such as high cost, limited availability, and lack of awareness continue to limit widespread adoption. The study highlights the importance of effective marketing strategies and government support in promoting green consumption. Overall, the research underscores the significant role of green product adoption in advancing sustainability.
