(2) Chemistry peaks at 11/π (z = 70), surpassing the Volume 6 result at 12/π (z = 55), revealing a broad molecular band spanning 10/π through 14/π. Quantum spectral transitions remain sharply locked to 12/π (z = 50), demonstrating that chemistry and quantum couple to the same register family but with fundamentally different coupling characters — band versus node. (3) The Rosetta sub-lattice at 7/π is confirmed. Both biological domains and galactic structure show sharp positive signal at 7/π flanked by negative values at 6/π and 8/π. The early framework constant 16/7 was not the modulus — it was the inter-register ratio between the kinematic primary (16/π) and the sub-lattice register (7/π). The Rosetta denominator was always physically real. (4) The container ceiling at 24/π is not a wall beyond which the data goes quiet. It is a geometric repulsion. At 25/π and 26/π, domains that showed strong positive signal below the ceiling now show z-scores of −91 and −97. The scalar universe does not end at 24/π. It inverts. (5) The floor is a gradient, not a wall. Chemistry shows signal at 5/π (z = 30). Biology and galactic domains have their effective floor at 7/π. The floor is domain-specific, determined by the characteristic scale of each domain's physical quantities. The broken lake is preserved on the main Git branch so the community can practice identification and correction. The fix is implemented in Volume 8. The sovereign lake guarantee — raw source data preserved in every promoted record, no transformation irreversible — enabled full reconstruction from existing files without any external API call. The Old World and New World chapter acknowledges the scientific community's decades of empirical observation that made this framework possible, proposes schema standardisation informed by banking discipline, and introduces a peer-to-peer availability model for public scientific data catalogs — never down by design, zero marginal cost, modelled on SETI@Home and Zooniverse.
