This document defines the irreducible root axioms, derived physical and methodological principles, core parameters, and standard dynamics of Energy-Efficiency Theory (EET). Version 5. 7 restructures the axiom architecture. Absolute Truth is Unreachable is elevated to L-2 as the sole meta-axiom — the Sword of Damocles that permanently revokes any EET-internal proposition's claim to ``being the Truth. '' At L-1 stand two mutually supporting pillars: the three Physical Postulates (Energy Ontology, Finite Actionability, Finite Distinguishability) as the Left Pillar, and All Cognition Is Modeling as the Right Pillar. The Right Pillar possesses a dual identity. First, it is the deductive consequence of the Left Pillar — from Finite Distinguishability and Finite Actionability, cognition must be compressive, lossy, and finite-resolution. Second, it is the first principle of the Cognitive Constitution — it grants the Physical Postulates their legitimacy as presuppositions (because all cognition can only be modeling, any system must make a presupposition somewhere), while simultaneously denying them truth-claims (what you derive is only a model, not the Truth). The Dual Helix framework is preserved: the Physical Strand and the Epistemic Strand remain independent derivation chains converging at the Modeling Theory. The ``negation of negation'' occurs at the Modeling Theory level: the Physical Strand's naive affirmation that its products are real is negated by the Cognitive Strand's critical insight that they are only models; this negation is itself negated by the affirmation that, while no model is the Truth, optimal models remain definable and approachable through MEER maximization. Version 5. 7 also grants constitutional-level mention to Inverse Entropy and Ben-Shi Buffering, anchors the normative dimensions (Intelligence, Rationality, Wisdom) as L1 necessary dimensions of finite-energy cognitive systems, and expands Annex C with previously missing bridge declarations. The physical core (Part I--II) remains unchanged from v5. 6. All dynamical equations and physical postulates are preserved.
