Ethiopia has implemented educational policy reforms aimed at improving access to education across its diverse regions. A qualitative approach was employed, analysing documents from government agencies, interviews with educators, and surveys of students. Implementation faced significant coordination issues among regional authorities, leading to uneven progress across the country's nine regions. The reforms are essential for Ethiopia's educational development but require more coordinated implementation strategies. Enhanced communication channels between central and regional governments are recommended to ensure uniform policy execution.
