The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in Africa faces unique educational challenges due to its complex socio-economic and political landscape. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather data from diverse stakeholders across the country. The survey revealed that 65% of primary school students lack access to basic educational materials such as textbooks and stationary, highlighting a significant disparity in resource availability. Despite these challenges, there is growing interest among educators and policymakers in adopting innovative teaching methods and digital education platforms to enhance learning outcomes. Investment in infrastructure and teacher training should be prioritised alongside the development of robust educational policies that address accessibility and quality issues.
