Work life balance has become an important concern in modern organization, especially in industries where employees face heavy workloads and time pressure. This study examines the impact of work life balance on employee’s job satisfaction. The main purpose of the research is to understand how effectively balancing professional responsibilities with personal life influence employee’s attitudes, and overall satisfaction at work. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed among employees, while secondary data were gathered from journals, articles, and relevant reports. The findings indicate that employees who experience a healthy balance between their work and personal life tent to report higher levels of job satisfaction. Flexible working hours, supportive management, manageable workloads, and family- friend’s policies were identified as key factors contributing to improved balance and satisfaction. This study highlights that when organizations promote work life balance practices, employees feel less stress, greater commitment, and stronger engagement with their roles. On the other hand, poor balance can lead to dissatisfaction, reduced productivity, and higher turnover intentions. Therefore, maintaining an effective work life balance is not only beneficial for employee’s well-being also essential for organizational performance and long-term success.
