This record provides the updated System of Eternity (SOE) Governance Architecture synthesis, superseding the prior Architecture Design v2 Integration Snapshot as the current architecture planning base. SOE Governance Architecture v2. 2 specifies a nine-part architecture consisting of C00 Program Index plus C01–C08 functional components: Trust Integrity Layer, Recovery Engine, Disturbance Buffer, Stability Lock Mechanism, Structural Support Layer, Governance Module, Meta Governance Layer, and Coordination Layer. This version incorporates post-review component updates and simulation-constrained findings from v18, v19, and v19b. Major updates include: the C02 v2. 1 T-G loop break condition; C04 v2. 3 finding that federation C04 S-threshold Trigger A is not applicable; C05 v2. 1 heterogeneous node classes H/I/A; and C07 v2. 2 assignment of Psiₑxtended with cluster variance as the mandatory federation stress detector under the current tested architecture. Key simulation-constrained findings include: star topology remains disallowed under current SOE deployment assumptions; two hubs are insufficient in tested hub-redundant configurations; three hubs are the minimum tested hub-redundancy mitigation; federation contains local stress under tested regimes but requires C07 Psiₑxtended monitoring; and lambda = 0. 1 is locked for the federation cluster-variance term. This document is architecture-ready and intended as the planning base for the SOE Grand Simulation Specification. It is not deployment-ready. Open calibration items include recovery gain kb, governance suppression alphagov, trust coupling coefficients, governance growth/decay rates, Psi weights and thresholds, tauₛmooth, asynchronous update intervals, message loss, node-class proxy weights, and real-world timescale mapping. Version note: This record is a new version of the prior SOE Architecture Design v2 Integration Snapshot. It supersedes the v2. 0 snapshot as the current Governance Architecture planning base and incorporates post-review updates through C04 v2. 3, C05 v2. 1, C07 v2. 2, and the v18/v19/v19b simulation findings.
