Concept-DOI 10. 5281/zenodo. 20118267 (persistent). Delta: Wave 9 added 2014 pages, then Safety-Audit-v3 removed 165 (mostly audit/compliance via engagement pattern). Atlas 31409 to 33258. Pre-Publish Gate (extended v4): 47 base checks + Children-Mentions filter, Violence (physical/psychological) filter, Instruction/Imperative filter, Du-Ansprache filter.
