P27 — Informational Constraints and the Emergence of Long-Range Effective Responses

This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P27 analyzes how long-range effective responses arise from informational constraints within the discrete informational substrate. The paper shows that extended-range correlations and interactions emerge as global responses of the system to coherence and stability requirements, rather than as fundamental long-range forces. The analysis clarifies how nonlocal effective behavior can appear consistently within an underlying local informational dynamics, providing the structural basis for the emergence of long-range interactions developed and unified in subsequent papers.
