The transition to hybrid work models has revolutionized workplace dynamics, influencing both employee engagement and productivity. This study investigates the relationship between remote work arrangements and employee engagement in hybrid settings. Drawing on data collected from 100 participants using SPSS tools, the research examines key factors such as communication, autonomy, and organizational culture that affect performance. The findings highlight best practices for fostering productivity and engagement in flexible work environments.
