The Diffusion of Information Hypothesis XV - Foundations of Informational Cosmology

V15 introduces the foundational framework of Informational Cosmology — a new approach to understanding the universe based on the co-equal, co-eternal roles of Energy and Information. In this model, the universe originates from the dynamics of a deeper informational–energetic equilibrium known as the Sea, where rare wave interactions generate hotspots that rupture into universe bubbles.   This framework unifies cosmic evolution, dark energy, dark matter, redshift, stellar emission, structure formation, and the emergence of life under a single organising principle: the diffusion of information toward equilibrium (DoIH).   V15 presents the complete conceptual narrative of the theory, establishes the initial mathematical formalism, compares Informational Cosmology with ΛCDM, inflationary cosmology, Conformal Cyclic Cosmology (CCC), and information-based models, and outlines a five-paper research programme designed to develop and empirically test the framework.   This document serves as the foundational manifesto for the proposed new field of Informational Cosmology.   Any comments, suggestions or questions are always welcomed: nathanhunt76@live.co.uk
